Want to dive deeper into your yoga practice? Looking for a fun, safe, and judgement free practice? Then you've come to the right place! In this class we will work on breath work, sun salutations, and sequencing leading up to advanced poses. No one flow(or music playlist) is alike. Each class is a different experience and will have a different focus. Props will be available. This class is suitable for all yoga practitioners and modifications are always offered. Be prepared to sweat and move.
Intro to Power Yoga(from PPY)
If you are new to yoga, this NON-HEATED class will introduce you to yoga terminology, fundamental poses, and vinyasa flow technique. This slower flow is also great for those recovering from injury, or working toward an active lifestyle. Your instructor will break down the poses for proper alignment, which can be a great refresh for veteran yogis too! You will feel energized, refreshed, and relaxed after this class.
Heated Power Flow (From PPY)
Set to an energetic playlist, this all levels class is heated to 85 degrees and is a powerful vinyasa practice where movement is connected by breath. You will build heat in the body, increase strength, and tone muscles. You will reset your mind though clear intentions and presence on your mat. Your instructor will break down each pose for proper alignment and form with a paramount focus on safety, while also offering all level options that will benefit any yogis’ practice. You will be challenged with options for advanced poses and offered alternatives at the same time. Some power yoga or vinyasa experience is recommended.
Power + Tone(from PPY)
This non-heated, all levels class is an energetic flow that incorporates hand weights, barre fit exercises, power moves like squats and lunges, and cardio bursts for a total body workout to balance out any yogis’ practice. Your instructor will focus on form and sending intention to your muscle groups to sculpt your most powerful body. Yogis with any level of experience will benefit from this playful and fun class, set to an upbeat playlist! You will SWEAT, burn calories, and reward yourself with a cooling savasana.
